The YBX3 series of high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous AC motors feature a fully enclosed, self-cooling, squirrel-cage design. Their efficiency rating complies with the IE3 high-efficiency standard specified in IEC 60034-30. These motors offer a high level of operational safety, excellent performance, low noise and vibration, and meet environmental protection requirements. The YBX3 Series explosion-proof motors possess explosion-proof performance in accordance with the provisions of IEC 79-1.
The YBX3 series of explosion-proof motors may be designated as Ex db I AT4/BT4 Mb or Ex db II AT4/BT4/CT4 Gb. The Ex db I AT4/BT4 Mb designation is suitable for trenchless applications and for methane or coal dust in coal mines, while Ex db Ⅱ AT4/BT4/CT4 Gb is suitable for applications involving explosive gas mixtures classified as Factory Type II, Groups A, B, and C, and Temperature Classes T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5.
